I was stoked to see the price of their, Women's Under Armour 3-in-1 Sienna Jacket. Ordered it, waited the 5-7 business days for it to arrive, and tonight I received it. Immediately, when I seen the jacket, I knew it wasn't the jacket I had seen in stores. The color was off, the embrodered "Under Armour" logs, looked like ***. The claimed "Infrared" lining of the shell, was a total joke. It was just the pattern of the lining. NOT, the actual Under Armour Infrared. my credit card was hacked and the next thing was I received a penguin tube for little kids in my mail. first off I have no little kids and I'm 63 so I certainly can't use it. something fishy here. My wife is 67 and she can't use it all our kids are in their 40's and they can't use it and they all live out of state. I looked on line and seen all the complaints that were unresolved and I believe there is something dishonest going on here. I have the 2015 Ningbo Dongfang lingyun vehicle that looks like a sports bike and the frame is made cheaper than i expected .the front end is near the point of cracking completely and disassembling itself.that is a risk on my life and I feel that I've spent 2,100$ on junk.I want a full refund for it and if whomever owns this company does not comply with my request I WILL file a lawsuit immediately. One year ago I purchased 2-D150d scooters for my wife's birthday. I ordered these scooters 6 months prior to her birthday, not only did they arrive late but they also arrived damaged. When I called to report this I was given the run around and finally via several e-mails I was told to take the bike apart, take pictures of the deficient components. I purchased a scooter that hasn't ran since day one sunny scooters refuse to either send me a new one, replace the motor because it is defective or refund my money they keep giving me the run around and are no help...especially Lisa Greene she is one nasty *** I hope she gets fired and someone screws her I plan on spreading the word on this business and my wish is that the business folds and they're families starve I think its discussing that they screw their customers in the manner that they do..they need to hire competent people and learn... Sunny Sports - Received badly damaged bike now issues with my request to return same

Took delivery on the bike 3 days ago. Delivery guy arrived an hour & 30 minutes late, so it was dark outside. Didn't uncrate it with the delivery guy here, but started just after he left. Within 30 minutes of delivery I started finding all the things wrong with the Dong Fong 250cc. Broken seat casing from the front to the back, missing mirror, damaged front body panel, broken front turn signal, missing casing for rear turn signal, etc. Immediately called the company to inform them of issues. Curious, why is it that the one customer, it seems, that tries to hold you to your "price match guarantee" gets told to bad so sad and gets their order cancelled. Now I cannot reorder from another company because it will take "10 days" for my refund - Thanks Sunny Sports for raining on my family's summer vacation plans. The motorcycle was not what I ordered, it's missing the rear brake and right foot peg it came scratched on the gas tank and now that I'm reading the reveiws I feel I made a mistake buying this bike and dealing with Scooterdepot.com aka Sunny Sprot Motors. I hope and pray when and if I ever get to ride my first bike I dont have the troubles others have had! They said when it came I would have to get the front tire put on instead I had to get the handle bars, both front pegs shifter and rear brake. Read more

I was told by a woman that the scooter would be 90% assembled, it was not, at most it was 45% complete, The whole front end needs assembled, that includes handle bars, head light assembly, turn signal assembly, front wheel. and did not even get any assembly instruction, I've called several times trying to get instruction and now thier telling me they don't have any instructions. the woman I talked to was Anna, she was suppose to E-mail me an instruction vidio yesturday 3-15-2012 but never recieved it. I purchased a 250cc Ninja based on the information they provided me about the motorcycle, I asked them a number of question regarding the product, they told me everything I wanted to hear and when I gave them my credit card information two days later I found out the information they provided for that product was false.
